Any previous imaging exams and reports are useful for us, please bring them.
It is the patient responsibility to contact the doctor for the ultrasound results.
General Instructions
What to Bring to Your Exam: When you arrive for your exam, there are some documents you will need to bring with you:
1-Your prescription or referral from your primary care physician.
2-A valid photo ID.
3-Any relevant pathology reports.
4-If you have any previous, relevant imaging exams or reports that were performed outside of our network, please bring them as well.
How to Prepare for Your Exam: Regardless of what type of ultrasound exam you're scheduled for, there are a few general instructions you should follow. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason, please call at least 24 hours ahead of time to let us know.
If you have diabetes and are taking insulin, please tell your doctor so he or she can instruct you about your dosage on the day of your exam.
If you are on a medically-ordered, fluid-restricted diet, if you have kidney failure, or have had a kidney transplant, or any specific condition, talk to your primary physician to find out how to prepare for your Ultrasound exam. Based on your condition, your physician may provide you with a different set of instructions. Please make sure our staff is informed of any changes your physician has asked you to make in preparation for your exam, either by your doctor or by his or her staff.
