Remember: It is mandatory for any Ultrasound Exam, a prescription from a Healthcare Provider.

When you request your appointment by e-mail, it’s important the following information:

-Type of exam.

-Your Complete Name and Phone.

You will receive a confirmation phone call (Spanish or English) from us, with instructions regarding your schedule. 

You can also schedule by phone ( please call:  786-988-2538 ), or personally. At the time of your date, you will need to provide a Credit Card,  Debit Card, or Cash.  

Can I use my Healthcare Insurance as a payment method?

--At the moment, we only work with Free Medicare, Preferred Care Partners, and Preferred Care Network.  I. If you are enrolled with Medicare as a free patient (Free Medicare), we can accept your insurance. 

For self-paid patients, Miami Sonogram accepts payments via the following methods:

-Debit or Credit Card 

-Cash ( must pay in person)

-We don't accept Money Orders or Checks.
