Breast Ultrasound with Tumoral quantification by Shear Wave Elastography.

Our institution and expert team are introducing the most advanced non-invasive technologies for breast cancer diagnosis by ultrasound.

Breast cancer is the most common neoplasm among females which represents 31% of feminine tumors, and the second-leading reason behind death among females. Breast lesions were initially classified into malignant and benign categories. Shear wave elastography imaging permits quantification of the breast lesion stiffness in comparison to adjacent tissue. A non-invasive imaging tool that identifies malignant tumors on basis of tissue elasticity compared to normal tissue, that tissue of breast cancer is stiffer than healthy normal breast tissue.

The Breast Ultrasound Biomarkers, provide crucial information to your doctor, reducing in some cases unnecessary biopsies. We can evaluate the morphology, stiffness, blood flow, and several parameters at the same time.  This is a new, valuable piece of technology that we are excited to have in our Center. Only in Miami Sonogram.

Female Breast and Axillary Area Ultrasound with Doppler and Micro-Vascular Flow, (BI-RADS included), Strain Elastography Map, Shear Wave Elastography with Tumoral Shell Quantification.

This risk calculator uses a woman's own personal information to estimate the risk of developing invasive breast cancer over a specific period of time.
